2026 Update (as of 27 April 2026): The 2026 Hill Challenge Route will be nearly identical to the 2024 and 2025 routes. The final route may always be subject to some minor changes.
The 2026 route is marked with white ribbons that were placed by members of the Barbados Hiking Association over the last few days.
The 2026 route was cleared of falling branches and tall grass by members of the Mountain Goats Running Club.

Persons participating in the Hill Challenge should first ensure that they are physically fit to undertake strenuous exercise. Conditions underfoot along the route may be hazardous and due care should be taken at all times. The Organizers, Sponsors, Volunteers nor other promoters of the Hill Challenge will be held responsible for any accident suffered, injury sustained or loss of property, from any cause whatsoever, by any person using the trail.
