Great Train Run Footrace Training Runs

All participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the route. The Ufukuzo Running Club has scheduled the following training runs, which include various sections of the route.

Details for each TRAINing run will be posted a few days prior to the date.

January 6, 2013: Buckley Factory

Salters to Carrington

Sections: 2 and 3 partial

Stations: 1 (Salters) and 2 (Windsor)

Bushy Park to Conset Bay

Sections: 4 partial and section 5

Persons participating in the Great Train Run should first ensure that they are physically fit to undertake strenuous exercise.

Conditions underfoot along the route may be hazardous and due care should be taken at all times.

Ufukuzo Running Club nor other promoters of the Great Train Run will be held responsible for any accident suffered, injury sustained or loss of property, from any cause whatsoever, by any person using the trail.
