The University of the West Indies - Faculty of Sport - Mona Academy of Sport would like to conduct a research project to look at knowledge and belief of recreational runners in Barbados about
- hydration,
- the sources of hydration knowledge,
- the types of fluid used and reasons for hydration fluid choice.

This study is being done by Dr. Ingrid Burrowes as part of the requirement for completing her master’s degree in Sports Medicine at the University of the West Indies. The research will require persons to complete a short questionnaire through a video conferencing interview.
